Northampton Partnership Homes Complaint

Housing Officers Criminal Conduct & Behaviour

Documenting the criminal conduct of a few Housing Officers over the past ten years. Describing multiple events where Housing Officers have lied about various incidents exploiting the pretext of welfare to commit criminal acts and persistently harass a tenant while intentionally ignoring repair issues spanning years. Following content provides an in depth guide to the ongoing civil dispute. Current predicament civil dispute standoff; NPH unable to engage tenant for legal reasons and liability.

The above relates to ongoing issues that initially began on 19th August 2019. The major repairs have been addressed as of 11th April 2023 (1331 days). Genuine thanks to Northampton Repairs Team, PH Jones and new Housing Officer.

As a result of the primary issue that arose on 19th August 2019, it has left an enormous debt of £4,500 ℮ for water leaking from the damaged pipe over 1.7 years.

Under normal circumstances, excess water bills are refunded in full upon the issue being repaired. Unfortunately, this is restricted to the amount only eligible should the repair be completed within 365 days.

With the repair time outside the refund period, the matter should be referred to the Housing Officer Support Team:

In April 2021, the Repairs Team Manager and a Housing Support Officer came to assess and refer the issues once again. I made an agreement with the Housing Support Officer. They promised to contact Anglia Water once the repair is done. They will explain that the landlord is responsible for the situation and the debt will be resolved in some way.

In June 2022, tensions reached a boiling point as Rob Wheeler, the Housing Officer, made multiple sudden and unexplained visits to the property, setting the stage for a potential clash. He made false claims about welfare concerns and landlord rights that do not apply here.

Instead of addressing the repair issue as the landlord's representative and involving another Housing Support Officer, the events have been completely ignored.

According to the Citizens Advice Bureau there is a time limit on claims of six years. There are -309 days left. Fortunately, the problem of the outstanding water bills from 2017 to 2019 has been successfully resolved with Anglia Water on October 19, 2023.

I am now forced to make another complaint to Northampton Hospital, Northampton Social Services, and GP about the conduct of NPH.

The website has recently undergone an update that not only aims to address the issue at hand but also offers a chance to delight in the comical events that preceded this captivating saga.
