Below are a synopsis of the different categories in incident
Flood1331
It took a staggering 1,331 days to fix the broken water pipe due to someone deliberately deleting records. However, the main issue during the time-frame was the harassment. The main incidents occurred between June and July 2022 when a Housing Officer, Robert Wheeler, and a colleague forcibly entered the property due to asinine welfare concerns, falsely claiming to be Social Workers, ignoring the tenant advising issues had been outstanding for years. They decided to remove all three visits from the database, as stated in the letter from the new Housing Officer on November 14, 2022.
The flood saga was triggered by events between 2013 to 2017.

Once again, the replacement process took 1,439 days due to someone deleting records. The main issue at that time was the harassment by Housing Officers and the legal threats mentioned in the next Trespass section.
Trespass634
Housing officers entered the home without permission on December 2, 2014, and didn't contact the tenant to explain why it was necessary to hospitalise them. They also denied any involvement when contacted by email for over four months. After finally confessing involvement on April 16, 2015, I was subjected to even more harassment, including legal threats.
All these events are connected and have been 10 years of hell. Northampton Partnership Homes endured a period of great embarrassment from April 2015 until November 2017. Following an email complaint to 55 councillors, Stephen Hibbert responded with a threat of legal action. They avoided going to court by not taking legal action after forcibly entering on December 2, 2014. If they went to court, the magistrates would have requested copies of all communications discovering inconsistencies and contradictions.
