Brief Explanation

Events occurred after a Housing Officer's card was discovered with a letter from Surveyors requesting access for an assessment. I called a friend who has a key to the property due to health reasons. The situation was explained, and he agreed to contact NPH and arrange to meet at the property to provide access as a keyholder.

I sent these documents to the Housing Officer since I didn't receive any information about the Support Service. It's similar to giving papers to a receptionist at a doctor's office.

Figured it was a phising scam and thought nothing more as a solution had been found to the foot oedema.

Unknown Intruders

02 Dec 2014: After taking a strong sedative to help sleep, two unknown intruders broke into house and was I literally thrown in the back of an ambulance and taken to hospital.

Throughout December: continually told that Housing Officers had forced entry.

Having received no communication from Northampton Partnership Homes for nearly a month, the notion was presumed false until:

Having heard nothing from NPH, I tried contacting them.

No Response

I decided to threaten NPH to get a response.

NPH Response

The following response conflated the situation where I took the communication from a Housing Officer to be factual. I did not believe a word my friend was telling me because the concept a branch of government would lie about about criminal offences was inconceivable.

Due to my friend persisting he was telling the truth. Having no contact from NPH since forced entry 2nd December 2014 (114 days), a recorded letter was sent 26th March 2015.
