Welfare Support

These Housing Officers were advertising a support service they can refer tenants to:

Copy of the Housing Officer's Job Description; Nothing relating to "welfare."

From 21 Jul 2014 until 16 Apr 2015 is a total of 269 days.

In this time frame not one of these Housing Officers referred the matter to a Housing Support Officer, Social Services or any other medical professional.

The complaint makes no reference to the three emails sent 17 Sep 2014. Two emails had medical photos intended for an outside department for help in determining if the condition was caused by organic or environmental factors.

There is no discussion to be had with a Housing Officer. Landlords typically refuse to take responsibility or help in finding qualified individuals or organisations to treat conditions caused by the property they are renting. It's literally like asking offenders to provide counselling to their victims.

Denying Entry

How convenient is it to write the biggest bullshit document in history and accidentally omit the most important issue:

From 2nd Dec 2014 to 16th April 2015 = 114 days.

Forced entry is legally required to have a court order. The only exception is when a qualified person with the authority (Police, Social Services, G.P. or Hospital specialist) agree there are reasonable grounds to enter the property.

The Housing Officers were instructed not to contact and deny any involvement should the tenant attempt any communication.

Doing so provided an extension where the complaint could no longer be filed with Police or ICO.

I sent a recorded letter 26 Mar 2015 to find out who broke in to make a police complaint. Instead, I received two pages of psychotic drama.

Nobody has seen these mystery photographs because it's a bit difficult to overlook the obvious:

When the opportunity arose to force entry, they have misrepresented the situation by conveniently taking photographs of just the consequence the state of disrepair created; catalogued in the  camera / status / storage  rather than taking pictures of the boiler and other serious defects like  camera / status / window .

Investigation Process

The initial investigation was supposed to be conducted by Mr D Berwick; somehow it got hijacked by the sociopath who orchestrated the forced entry.

There is no oversight or upper management choose to ignore criminal behaviour. The NPH complaints procedure is extremely corrupt.

I'll never make a complaint again, as I'd have more success training an alley cat to shit in a litter tray. Putting complaints online will yield better results.

The first page explains the person who they claim was Next of Kin had the keys to the property for years.

Should there be an audience with Magistrate(s) they would:

(a) inquire as to why NPH failed to discuss with an alleged Next of Kin whether they possessed a key over 269 days

(b) summon the alleged Next of Kin to court to explain their version of events

(c) alleged Next of Kin would make a statement similar to "NPH knew I had a key from the first communication"

(d) die from laughter upon reading emails between alleged Next of Kin and tenant

NPH will never take this court, or complain and continue to ignore the existence of this website for the above and numerous more reasons.
