Blocked Access

To dispel a myth that spread from February 19, 2016, to November 05, 2017.

It was claimed by Northampton Partnership Homes that a tenant was blocking access, which was the reason why the boiler took 1491 days to install.

However, NPH decided to mislead others by intentionally omitting they had cut themselves a key for the property (explained further down).

Legal Threats

Following multiple complaints to other individuals and organisations (Doctor, Hospital, etc.) I emailed 54 councillors and received the following:

The email from March 3, 2016 shows Stephen Hibbert et al. attempting to scare a tenant with empty threats. The full email can be read:  arbiter / council

Court Action

To get a court order, NPH needs to prove that the tenant refused to let their employees or private contractors enter the property.

According to Claire Kennedy's 16th April 2015 Stage One Complaint:

Julie confirms that she asked if you wanted a key to be kept for your friend and you agreed. Julie never saw Brian to give him a key so no key was ever handed to Brian. Julie did keep a hold of your key which she shouldn't have done but she never had any intention to gain entry to your property. She expected contact regards collection of the key but as you went to stay with Brian over Christmas time passed and she forgot that she had a key. When you returned and asked about the key Julie duly returned this to you by posting through your front door.

Below are two emails sent by the Housing Officer who forced entry 02 Dec 2014:

After forcing entry they continued to deny any involvement to the tenant while engaging in a different narrative with the third party (alleged Next of Kin).

Door Notice

Rather than going to court, where Magistrates would have read all the amazing emails, they skipped embarrassment and tried another strategy.

Instead, they chose to engage in a petulant letter bombing campaign to make a tenant appear unreasonable. None of the businesses who were contacted to carry out the surveys were aware NPH had a key. Until they reached the front door camera / notice

Door Notice

The drama persisted until November 6, 2017, when Northampton Hospital finally intervened.
