After the new boiler was installed on 27 Nov 2017, it was slowly deduced June 2019 the unit had a serious water leak since operation began. PH Jones were contacted, who located and cut out the surrounding floor and referred the issue to Northampton Partnership Homes. The issue has been repaired by Northampton Repair Team & PH Jones 23rd April 2023 (1331 days).
Between Oct 2013 until Nov 2017 (1439 days), a malfunctioning boiler sat in a corner collecting stickers from PH Jones. In this particular situation, there was nothing a tenant could do as the boiler was at the end of its life-cycle and required a new unit due to extensive wear and tear:
